A social worker by profession, Rachael's career began in statutory child protection and juvenile justice, where she spent more than two decades with the Queensland Government. Her work across remote, regional, and metropolitan areas has equipped her with exceptional leadership skills. Following her tenure in the Queensland Government, Rachael expanded her strategic and leadership expertise through roles with the Commonwealth Government, Playgroup Queensland, and over nine years in senior leadership positions with Life Without Barriers.

As a subject matter expert on the NDIS and other regulatory frameworks, Rachael plays a critical role at PCCF, particularly in overseeing governance and legislative compliance. Her deep knowledge and experience are invaluable in ensuring that PCCF continues to meet and exceed regulatory standards, while advancing our mission to support children and families.
