Origami folding tradition originated from Japan and has deep roots in history and folklore. Folding origami paper requires patience and precision, people fold paper cranes during difficult times, grief or personal challenges with the belief that there is a hope for better days ahead.

PCCF offers a variety of personalised and flexible support services for children and young people with profound physical disabilities and high and complex health needs, and those needing palliative care. We are also here to support their family.
