WALKING EVERY STEP OF THE JOURNEY TOGETHER

We are committed to children and young people living with profound physical disabilities, complex health needs, life-threatening and life-limiting conditions, and those requiring palliative care.

Hope, Love and Healing

 Support Us

Our mission's success depends greatly on the generosity of the public. Together, we can enhance the lives of seriously ill children at no cost to their families. For many children and families we support, this difference can mean the world, especially when time may be limited.

OUR MISSION

Our mission is to provide personalised, high-quality, specialised support services for children, young people, and their families. We are dedicated to building compassionate and respectful relationships with our clients, their families, caregivers, and their support networks. We tailor our services to each individual's specific needs, ensuring that everyone we support can lead a fulfilling and enriched life.

OUR VISION

Our vision is to provide essential care and support that fosters children’s sense of belonging and encourages their full and equal participation in society. We strive to offer a caring environment where every child receives the love, care, and support they deserve, empowering them to live their best lives.

OUR PHILOSOPHY

Our philosophy is centred in values that prioritise our clients and their families at the core of all care planning and delivery. We champion autonomy, choice, respect, participation, knowledge, fulfilment, privacy, and equality. Our approach is personalised, acknowledging and responding to the unique needs and circumstances of each family we serve.
